Media for Nature partners with Blue Radio to amplify coastal voices

Media for Nature and Blue Radio on Thursday 25 April, 2024 inked a one-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to work together in creating environmental awareness content focusing on the Blue Economy and other ecological effects on coastal communities.

The signing ceremony was held at Gilitics Media’s offices at City Mall, Nyali, Mombasa between Blue Radio Managing Director Gilbert Were and Media for Nature Co-founders Mazera Ndurya and Ruth Keah. The agreement leverages on the strengths of both organizations: Blue Radio’s dynamic broadcasting platform, reaching a wide audience, anchored by Gilitics Media’s experience in the media landscape, and Media for Nature’s in-depth research capabilities, journalistic know-how, and commitment to training the next generation of environmental storytellers.
